Garry Cowan is a Team GB Para-climber who I photographed at Edinburgh International Climbing Arena (locally known as Ratho) for Scottish War Blinded. Caitlin, a Scottish War Blinded staff member with a fear of heights, had signed up to abseil 165ft off the forth rail bridge to raise money for the charity and Garry kindly had offered to give her a lesson in how to climb to help prepare her for her challenge.
